Aurvexon Talent provides candidate support such as CV review guidance, candidate profiling, job preference assessment, career guidance, and recruitment-related services for employers, including candidate sourcing, screening support, and vacancy posting services where offered.

2. No guarantee of employment or hiring

Registration, CV review, profile sharing, vacancy posting, or use of our services does not guarantee an interview, job offer, placement, hiring outcome, or a particular salary. Final recruitment decisions are made by employers, and candidates are responsible for assessing any offer before accepting it.

3. Accurate information

You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and not misleading. Candidates should submit truthful CV, qualification, experience, and contact details. Employers should provide accurate company, vacancy, and hiring information. You should promptly correct information that becomes outdated.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, submit fraudulent or unlawful content, impersonate another person or organisation, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt website operations, or use information obtained through the site for spam or unrelated purposes.

5. Candidate and employer responsibilities

• Candidates are responsible for their applications, the accuracy of their credentials, and independently evaluating employers and job offers.
• Employers are responsible for the accuracy of vacancy details, lawful hiring practices, and their decisions about candidates.
• Both parties should communicate respectfully and protect confidential information shared during recruitment.

6. Fees and service terms

Any applicable fees, scope of work, timelines, or service-specific conditions should be communicated separately and agreed before a paid service begins. Do not assume a service is free or paid unless its terms have been clearly stated to you.

7. Third-party content and services

Job listings, external links, tools, or information supplied by third parties may be subject to their own terms. We do not control every third-party service and cannot guarantee the accuracy or availability of external content.

8. Website availability and limitations

We aim to keep website information useful and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all content is complete or current at all times.
